The highly automated folder-gluers of the Omega Alius series stand for maximum productivity in modern folding carton production. Innovative automation features ensure extremely short make-ready times during the job changes and enable high-speed folding box production with belt speeds of up to 600 m/min. Presented in 3 sizes from 70 to 110 cm width, Omega Alius folder-gluers produce straight line, double wall and optional crash lock and 4&6 corner boxes with single finger servo backfold system. 

Customised peripheral modules extend the capabilities of the Omega Alius series. This enables you to deliver folding boxes on time in the highest quality.
